The search process typically includes the following components:

Consultation: We begin with an in-depth interview to determine your specific needs. We typically perform additional research such as an on-site tour to enable us to fully understand your competencies and culture. This step enables us to accurately address candidate questions.

Match: Next we engage in a detailed search process to locate, qualify and assess potential candidates. The search methods utilized for a specific search typically include a combination of:

  • Researching and targeting companies where candidates matching the requirements can be found
  • Searching our ever-growing data base of candidates
  • Obtaining referrals from other top-tier candidates
  • Posting jobs on internet job boards and networking sites to increase awareness

We conduct comprehensive interviews with the best candidates and build profiles highlighting their qualifications, experience, leadership characteristics and personal attributes that recommend them for the position.

Interviews: You are presented with only the best qualified candidates to interview. We also assist in scheduling and coordinating interview times with each candidate.  

References: We complete a minimum of two detailed working related references for each candidate prior to the offer stage.

Assessment: Candidates selected for an offer may undergo additional behavioral leadership assessments to determine their strengths, suitability and leadership styles.

Hire: We are available to assist to whatever degree necessary with the preparation and construction of a competitive offer. We will also facilitate negotiations upon client or candidate request. 

Success: We follow-up at the end of every successful search with a candidate job satisfaction survey. We are committed to continuous improvement and feedback is critical to us continuing to attract the best candidates in the business.

Ongoing Employment Reviews: We conduct job satisfaction reviews with our successful placements throughout the first year of their employment. This process is customizable to provide clients with specific feedback on areas of concern or data for use in performance management and goal setting.
