A ten-year industry veteran, operating best in class restaurants and resto lounges for some of Toronto’s busiest hot spots. Upon graduating with a Bachelor in Business – Hospitality Operations, he embarked on a career of learning everything he could about restaurant operations. Tom has successfully recruited top tier talent, including General Managers, Chefs, Beverage Managers, and understands what it takes to source great people.

Having managed and built key teams in a variety of venues, Tom has a unique understanding of today’s hospitality business climate, and what our clients and candidates are looking for. Positioning others for success has always been a key element of Tom’s approach for delivering exceptional results, and joining Blue Shock has allowed him to do just that.

Tom is an avid traveler, and a fan of the outdoors. When he is not working, you can find him backpacking around the world, or hiking Ontario’s great outdoors. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially over dinner.
